100% Recycled Metal
My suppliers are now only supplying 100% recycled silver & gold bullion! ♻️
This will mean that any sheet, wire, tube and grain I purchase from now on will be made using 100% recycled precious metals. This won't change the quality of the metal, it's just a more ethical way of making it & is better for the environment! ✨
Any small change to be more ethical in jewellery manufacture is a good change! ✨
I will still be using my old stock of new metal however once this runs out, which won't be too long, I will be making the switch to the recycled metal!
All findings such as:
- earring posts
- earring backs
- earring hooks
- chains
- bracelets
- bracelet extenders
- jumprings
- cuff links
- tie clips
- clasps / catches
will still be made from new metal. This is due to the manufacturing process!
I was already wanting to make the leap to working in recycled metals in 2022 so this has just made the process a little easier for me! ♻️
