Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jen Lithgo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days as each item is made to order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping estimates:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Approximately 2-3 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: Next Day before 1pm (Please note: if your parcel is posted on a Friday, it may not arrive until the Monday)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially around Bank Holidays and Christmas. Christmas shipping dates will be updated each year on October 31st.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jen Lithgo Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Jen Lithgo Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International shipping
At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly via email - jenlithgo@gmail.com - to arrange a personalised shipping quote.
