FAQs

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

Currently my website is stocked with jewellery that is currently made & ready to ship (excluding rings). Current processing times can be seen here!

Will my jewellery be Hallmarked?

Silver legally has to be hallmarked once the piece reaches a particular weight limit of 7.78g & gold legally has to be hallmarked once the piece reaches 1g. All of my work over these limits are hallmarked.

Certain pieces that do not reach this minimum weight limit for hallmarking have also been hallmarked & this is usually indicated on the jewellery listing.

Do you take commissions?

Yes, I do! Just drop me an email with your ideas! If it's something out of my skillset, I will be able to recommend someone who would be able to help!

Do you work in gold?

Yes, I love working in gold! Due to gold prices fluctuating regularly, I haven't listed all of my collections in gold but please feel free to pop me an email & I will be able to work out a quote!

Is your jewellery plated?

No, my jewellery is solid. If my jewellery is listed as sterling silver, it's sterling silver throughout the whole piece. If my jewellery is listed as 9ct yellow gold, it's 100% 9ct yellow gold. I choose not to plate my work as the plating doesn't last leaving the piece looking a bit naff in all honesty! I pride myself on creating long lasting jewellery!
